Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for our 3D printed products and custom-made items.
Order Processing Time
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
- Standard processing time is 2–10 business days.
- Large, complex, or custom orders may require additional production time.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order is completed and packaged, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.
If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are custom 3D printed items. Because of the production process:
- Minor surface variations or layer lines may be visible
- Colors may vary slightly from photos
- Production times may vary depending on print complexity and order volume
We take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards before shipping.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or other local fees
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by incomplete or invalid addresses
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist with carrier claims.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain locations if shipping limitations, legal restrictions, or carrier issues apply.
